This is an RS232/485/422 device data acquisitor/IoT gateway designed for an industrial environment. It combines multi functions in one, including serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, RS232/485/422 to JSON, etc.
Adopting RS232/485/422 and Ethernet interface with PoE function, it can be connected with screw terminals for power input by the power port (outer diameter: 5.5mm, inner diameter: 2.1mm).
It is very suitable for collecting the data of RS232/485/422 and sensors in the industrial field, including local network collection or uploading to the data that the cloud server autonomously collects and sends.
Bi-directional transparent data transmission between RS232/485/422 and Ethernet. Onboard RS232 / 485 / 422 interfaces, suitable for more application scenarios. The ethernet port can send data to RS232/485/422 at the same time. Only one of the RS232, RS485, and RS422 can send data to the Ethernet port at the same time.
Support PoE ethernet port power supply, suitable for IEEE 802.3af PoE standard. Support screw terminal and DC power port for power supply, DC 6~36V wide voltage range input. Suitable for modbus networking upgrade, can be used with specific configuration software.
Supports TCP server / TCP client / UDP mode / UDP multicast. Multi hosts roll-polling support,different network devices will be identified and responsed respectively. No more crosstalk issue while communicating with multi network devices.
Supports custom heartbeat package and registration package functions: it can facilitate communication with the cloud and device identification. Support Web browser configuration, support DHCP to obtain IP dynamically, and DNS protocol to connect domain name server address.
