Cette carte d'extension ajoute un port réseau 2,5 G et une interface M.2 Key-M pour Raspberry Pi 5, ce qui peut répondre à vos différents besoins pour ceux qui ont besoin d'utiliser Raspberry Pi 5 comme routeur, passerelle, pare-feu et autres périphériques réseau qui ont besoin de plus d'un port réseau.
Grâce à l'interface PCIe avec puce PCIe Switch pour étendre en deux interfaces PCIe, puis via la puce RTL8125 pour obtenir l'extension de 2,5 Gbps Ethernet et M.2 Key-M NVME.
Après la mise sous tension, la carte peut être automatiquement reconnue comme eth1 sans pilote sous le système d'exploitation officiel Raspberry Pi/OpenWrt. Cependant, lorsque vous utilisez le système Ubuntu, vous devez installer le pilote de RTL8125 et ensuite vous pouvez l'utiliser.
Prend en charge le SSD M.2 NVMe pour l'extension et le stockage, compatible avec SSD M.2 KEY-M NVMe en longueur 2230/2242/2260/2280. Prend en charge le démarrage à partir du SSD, et il nécessite le firmware officiel Raspberry Pi, qui est au moins 2024.5.13.
Avec quatre trous de fixation M2.5, le design concave sur le dessus de la carte est pratique pour le fonctionnement et l'utilisation du GPIO 40 broches.
